After purchasing a subscription, you will gain access to a dedicated board where you can manage your design requests (see “What Is a Request?” for more details). You can add unlimited requests to your backlog as long as your subscription remains active.
Depending on your subscription, you can move a set number of requests from your backlog to be actively worked on. Additional requests can only be moved to active work once at least one active request has been completed and marked as “done.”
To ensure smooth processing, each request should include as many details as possible, such as niche, color preferences, and phrase ideas. However, only the niche is required to get started.

The “Number of Requests” refers to the individual design tasks that can be actively worked on at the same time.
While you have unlimited requests that can be added to your backlog, only a specific number can be actively worked on at a time, depending on your subscription.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, the maximum number of requests you can transfer from your backlog to the “current requests” column for processing within the next 24 hours is determined by your subscription plan. For example, depending on your plan, you may be allowed to transfer up to 5, 10, or 20 requests at a time.
No, you are not required to provide the phrase, font, colors, or other design elements.
However, if you have something specific in mind, you’re welcome to share your preferences!
The only thing we require is the niche you’re creating the design for, so we can tailor the final design to suit your needs.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
